Their symbol was anti-people. This monument is pro-people and anti-nobody. It does not declare anybody superior to anyone else. It represents the struggle to be free, which is exactly the point of our government’s aspiration. So in trying to take this down, you’re showing to be anti-freedom. But then again, your symbol was an anti-freedom one and that’s why it needed to come the fuck down decades ago.

This was pretty powerful. I’m waiting for Limbaugh and Hannity to dismiss her as emotional, or say something about her being a slut. I don’t know. Anything even remotely like what they say about Democrats who make a case not even half as emotional, and are called raging hormonal sluts. It’ll be interesting to see how they respond.
